The heart and soul of PatriotStorm are our citizen patriots. Our goal is to recruit over ten million people from all 50 states to join with us as co-plaintiffs to sue the Federal Reserve.

PatriotStorm™ is a grass-roots organization whose sole purpose is to restore prosperity and greatness to America. We are an organization built on a set of values and principles that every patriotic American can support.

Our Goals

• We want to provide a simple but highly effective means by which every American can actually do something to make an immense difference that will directly contribute to the restoration of the country
• We want to help everyone to stand up for their rights and reclaim our country – before it’s too late.
• We intend to educate, motivate and activate the patriotic spirit that lives within every American citizen to be part of the movement that will put an end to this terrible chapter in American history, where the people feared their government and not the other way around.

Our Objectives

• Our primary mission is to spearhead, organize, fund and manage the largest armada of civil litigation in history. We are launching a nationwide series of class action lawsuits directed against the Federal Reserve System (“FRS”), Primary Member Banks and all controlling individuals in those organizations that have knowingly perpetrated and promoted the fatally flawed banking / monetary system in the United States.
• We will seek to:
  • obtain revocation the Federal Reserve’s charter
  • recover all paid in interest and other monies due for all living US persons and existing companies which were procured by the FRS
  • eliminate all Federal State and Municipal Debts to the FRS, and
  • obtain exemplary damages for the payment of: 1) court costs and attorneys fees; 2) contingency fees for network litigators, and 3) pro rata distributions of the proceeds to the American Citizenry.

Who We Are

PatriotStorm™ is a first of a kind Litigation Coordination Company based in the Tampa Bay area. Over the next 12 to 24 months we plan to organize and staff 12 regional offices and fund 50 state and 500 local chapters all across the nation.

PatriotStorm is committed to educating every American about our flawed monetary system which has been designed, instituted and controlled by the FRS which is bankrupting our nation and destroying the very fabric of our society. This will hurt everyone, so we intend to mobilize citizens as advocates in the civil litigation process by encouraging them to join the lawsuit as co-plaintiffs and as member-supporters. We believe that with the support of the tens of millions of people who have been damaged by the FRS’s policies, who have paid interest on loans, who have lost their jobs, lost their homes or had to suffer other unconscionable acts, we will present the strongest class action case in history to judges all across the country. Our goal will be to seek injunctive relief and monetary damages based on numerous complaints and lawful causes of action in thousands of local, state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction nationwide.

The Litigation Plan

Our Litigation Plan will be loosely patterned after the Tobacco litigation model executed during the 1980’s and 1990’s; only far more organized, coordinated and focused in order to provide shared access of all discovery materials and briefs developed to all of our network law firms and prosecutors nationwide. The litigation activities will be divided among three broad areas: a) research; b) analysis and dissemination of discovery materials and briefs, and c) litigation coordination. The Company will recruit several hundred to several thousand highly-respected small to mid-sized litigating law firms to pursue the class action litigation for their representative plaintiffs (live persons, companies, Municipalities, etc.) residing in their respective geographic areas. Names and contact information will be regularly updated by the Company to the local litigators from our database of co-plaintiffs obtained through the www.SUEtheFED.com web portal.

Court Awards

The complaints against the Federal Reserve will seek remedies in the form of both monetary and non-monetary (injunctions and demands) awards.

Injunctions

1. We will be seeking mandatory injunctions compelling the cancellation or restructuring (elimination) of all interest-bearing obligations of all Notes, Mortgages or other pledges of indebtedness issued by the Federal Reserve and any and all member banks.
2. We will seek immediate injunctions on all foreclosure actions and property seizures by the Federal Reserve and any of its member banks.

Demands

1. We will demand that the Federal Reserve, its owners and controlling persons as well as all member banks disgorge their wealth earned from all interest paid on all loans back to all living borrowers on the grounds that the contracts compelling the payment of interest are the result of fraud in the inducement, unconscionability and are contrary to public policy.
2. We will demand that all Notes going forward include non interest-bearing provisions.
3. We will demand that all reports to and from all credit reporting agencies cease all negative credit reporting activities based on any and all interest-bearing loans

Monetary awards

Monetary awards and damages could easily exceed $100 trillion dollars. Once successful, the courts will oversee the distributions of all monetary awards to each citizen based on the documentation available. Each Person, business or municipal, state or federal government stands to recover all of the money (less court costs and attorneys fees) that they have paid into the system in the form of interest payments, which we believe were fraudulently collected.

The litigation will be designed to advocate for the abandonment of the central bank, to be replaced with sound, historically-proven fiscal policies that are sustainable and do not deprive the citizens of the United States of their rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The litigation will provide a path to fiscal solvency for every level of local, state and federal government, and will enable the economy to resume to free market capitalism that rewards hard work, initiative, creativity and sound business ethics at all levels of our society.

We are committed to educating citizens about economic policy and a return of the federal government to its Constitutional limits. We want to restore confidence in the American free enterprise system and demonstrate that these policies, which were abandoned so long ago, are the best method of ensuring prosperity for all Americans.
